Definitely would not recommend this dealership. Took van in as it needed new fuel pump ( it was a recall request ). They forgot to connect overflow. When filling up at Bernie was alerted by another motorist that fuel was running out onto the ground and all over the area. This is a serious oversight and potentially could have caused serious injury or death if a flame was present. It just sends shivers all through me. Contacted toyota forwarded the photo RACT took when they came to inspect why this was happening. No reply from Toyota management .

They didn't do what I asked them to do even after telling the service lady (3 times what I wanted done) to my hilux and booked it in two weeks before it was to be serviced and didn't even have air filters for it and charged me $1100 to change brake fluid and diff oil and cooling system and spark plugs and fuel filter and oil change and didn't even clean the brake fluid off the back of the disc brakes and now I have to change air filters and the other fluids my self as the old saying if you want it done right do it yourself all they want is your money God help other people how know nothing about car servicing I would not take a lawnmower to them

Do yourself a favour and call hobart Toyota. This joint is a joke. Purchased a 300 series out of hobart to avoid the circus in launceston as we do with all with all our company vehicles. Unfortunately being based in launnie it’s more ‘convenient’ to undertake servicing in Launceston. -They will forget you booked a loan car - book your car in and have it for 5 hours and then realise they don’t have the parts, ( it’s a 5 hours process to realise they cant do the work ) -service your vehicle while the parts are in the building ( the same parts your called about 6 times over 2 months cause no one calls you back) but forget the parts are in and not fit them while they are doing a service. - then ask you to book again so that the parts can be fitted, the same parts they didn’t know they had while in possession of the vehicle for the past 5 hours. Call hobart or vic dealerships.

Absolutely shocking said we will get a part in a few weeks. It’s been two months we call them again and they say it’s going to be here in a weeks time. Also had another problem that I makes a noise which isn’t good but it’s been 8 MONTHS and it hasn’t been fixed

Update: after review was posted, they negotiated and everything Was sorted and fixed Happy to say ended on a good note. Cars going well Been a disappointing experience I saw great reviews for the most part I traded my old car that had 11 months registration were reluctant however gave 3months I repeatedly asked for log books and was assured all was up to date, and the vehicle had never had any issue' however when I finally got a,hols of history showed rodent damage I would not of of purchased had I known Numerous phone calls that someone's going to call have not happened Got extended warranty and was advised to download app, however it had not been updated and will not load on Samsung phone that one was over 4 years old This in turn has resulted in not being able to seek road side assistance if required, I was promised they will sort within the week of me getting my car several weeks have now gone by and I'm still calling up trying to resolve and keep getting told someone's going to call The tire pressure light keeps coming on, I'm concerned as I might need roadside assistance I was also advised all services were up to date and wouldn't need a service for 12 months however only to find out car due next month, they did agreed to go halves, my trade in was fully serviced I called again yesterday and was assured someone's going to call to work out these issues no call I called back tosay, got through to someone who was going to make a call and get back.... Still waiting I called at 9 and almost 3 now... this was for service to happen tomorrow and get another issue sorted that waa goingto be severalweeks ago as well. . I'm guessing its not going to occur. This experience has been Very frustrating .. This is an fairly expensive vehicle but now concerned its a lemon I will be highly reluctant to purchase my next vehicle with toyota in launceston

I had a pretty unlucky run with my old car, had it breakdown on me and considering I was to be moving to Adelaide in 14 days I needed car help fast! Brodie was 10/10 amazing, went above and beyond for me in every aspect, kept me updated on the process, and made me feel at ease regarding my time restraints! I cannot recommend him enough to anyone seeking a reliable vehicle and personalised service!
